Our mission is to provide learning opportunities in business and industry that balance the latest trends in the workplace with the needs of our students. Triton's Business & 技术 Programs prepare students for a satisfying 职业生涯 by offering innovative programs and expert instruction on techniques utilized in industries today. Our faculty are experts in their field and many currently work in the fields they teach.

Whether you are preparing to transfer to a four-year institution or are a working adult looking to upgrade job skills, Triton has a program for you. Flexible learning options like short term certificates, two-year degrees and online options make learning fun and conducive to your busy schedule.

The retention specialist provides academic, 职业生涯, and personal support to all students enrolled in degree and certificate programs in the School of Business & 技术. Need help with time management or study skills? Not sure what you want to do for a 职业生涯? Looking to talk to someone about personal concerns? The retention specialist can help you with all of that and more.

In addition to individual meetings with students, the retention specialist hosts workshops to help students build skills, set goals and succeed in their academic and professional endeavors.
